Custom software development for your operation
Custom software development covers processes your tools do not resolve: applications, automation, APIs and integrations that put your data and existing systems to work.
Start with the process, not a new application
Not every requirement involves electronics: part of what you need may be software that puts existing data and systems to work. Processes depending on spreadsheets, emails or individuals; systems that do not communicate; reports assembled by hand. These are starting points for reviewing which task needs support and where the difficulty actually lies.
We define the process with you and build custom software: small applications, automation, APIs or integrations with your current tools. Before proposing a tool, we understand who does the work, which information they need and what result the process should leave. Sometimes integration or completing an existing system is more appropriate than replacing it.
Connect data, tools and responsibilities
Integration with ERP, CRM or analysis tools allows information to reach the people who need to act on it. We review which data exists, its format and how it should be exchanged between the systems involved. If information comes from equipment, we also coordinate connectivity and the services that receive it.
We can take on development or collaborate with your technical team and suppliers. Interfaces, responsibilities and shared criteria are agreed so that each part works within the complete system. Application functions are defined together with their dependencies: a process is not resolved if the user still has to copy the same information manually between several tools.
Usable delivery and agreed evolution
Deliverables may include a tool or automation working in your operation, integration with existing systems, brief documentation and team training. These are indicative: scope is agreed per project. Tests relate to the tasks the solution should resolve and the people who will use it, not merely whether a screen loads successfully.
If the case requires artificial intelligence, we separately define scope, permissions, records and human review. Not every automation needs AI; adding an assistant does not resolve a process without clear rules. Important decisions retain the involvement of the responsible person, and limitations must remain explicit when deciding whether the solution is ready for use.
We work from Madrid, Spain. To begin, describe the current process, systems involved and who operates it. Tell us which task takes the most time. We assess whether it can be automated and with what scope, without requiring you to arrive with a technical solution already chosen.
